Upon termination for breach, slatgo reserves the right to forfeit all Bonus Balance and any Real Money Balance derived from improper activity. Legitimate Real Money Balances held at the time of termination for non-breach reasons (such as voluntary closure) shall be returned to the Account holder following completion of applicable verification procedures.
